DELIVERY and RETURNS POLICY

Welcome to Gronell UK's delivery and returns section.

Delivery

Delivery costs are as follows: (we only use Royal Mail to prevent any poor or non delivery issues)

£12 for one or two pairs to mainland UK destinations

£15 for one pair to highlands and islands

Sorry, we do not ship outside the UK - Please find your local distributor.

Deliveries require a signature on delivery - no exceptions.

Returns

Private UK customers have certain rights under the Consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000. Gronell UK offers the following returns policy.
We have a 7 day no quibble returns policy (from receipt of boots). We will credit your account on the return of the boots in saleable condition; that is that the boots have not been worn (except indoors for the purpose of checking fit) and are returned in "as new condition" with all the correct inner and cardboard outer packaging.
We have to insist the outer factory carton is in as new condition without any tape or wrapping on the box. If we have to order new packaging from the factory there will be a £20 charge deducted from any refund due.
The boots can be returned by the buyer to Gronell UK at their own expense or alternatively the boots must be made available for collection by us at any given time. The direct costs of recovery are chargeable to the customer if he or she has failed to return them directly.The goods will be deemed to be returned to the vendor when actually received at the said address.

WRONG SIZE- in the unlikely event of a wrong size being ordered or a swop required, we will send out another pair on the return of the original. We are happy to send out one replacement free of any carriage charge on the assumption that you have paid the return carriage for the boots you originally ordered.

We suggest you use the Post Office to return your item, taking care to obtain a proof of postage. Please pack the item(s) carefully; goods must arrive in a perfect and unused condition for the refund to be issued. If you return goods that have been used we will be unable to provide a refund.
